Step back in time at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, held each year during the late summer and early fall. Each weekend features a different theme, and with several stages and many more vendors, there is plenty to see and do.

Review:

We had a swashbuckling good time at Pirate Weekend during our visit in 2007. Most events are outdoors, so try to plan your visit on a good weather day. The amount of entertainment choices is amazing; even with a whole weekend, you aren't likely to see all of the productions. Food and beverage prices are inflated, but not ridiculous. If you haven't been to a Renaissance Faire before, be sure to go in with an open mind. Interaction between the cast of characters and visitors is encouraged, so don't be surprised if you end up joining in the fun!
