Delaware State Forest encompasses many large and small tracts of pristine wilderness in Monroe and Pike counties.

In Pike County, visitors will find the 45 mile Thunder Swamp Trail System and Blooming Grove 4-H Hiking Trail, as well as several picnic areas, streams and lakes for fishing, and other small trails.
