Council Cup Scenic Overlook

Council Cup looks out over the Susquehanna River and the valley below. This is a very popular place to see the fall colors and on a clear day you can see some 30 miles of Pennsylvania mountain landscapes.

Directions: From Interstate 80, take exit 256 to PA Route 93 North. Follow Route 93 to PA Route 239 North. Stay on Route 239 into Wapwallopen. In Wapwallopen make a right on West County Road. Just down West County Road on the left will be Council Cup Road. Council Cup Scenic Overlook will be on your left.
